Cable Broke, Car Stuck Inside

Garage door cable snapped Monday 7am in Kennydale near Gene Coulon Park. My car was trapped and I had to get to Valley Med for work. Called IGD panicking and Wesley said he could be there by 8am. Showed up at 7:45am. Replaced both cables, adjusted spring tension, lubed all the rollers and hinges. Didn't charge extra for the tune-up. Got to work only 20 minutes late.  This is the kind of honest service you don't find much anymore.
