Garage Door Won't Open

Cable snapped Monday morning and the door was completely stuck. My car was trapped inside and I had to get to work. Called IGD and Wesley said he could be there in 45 minutes. He actually made it in less than that. Fixed the cable, checked all the other hardware, and I made it to work only a little late.
