Loud grinding noise when opening garage door

The door had been getting louder for months, It reached a point where I was worried to even open it. I sent a text message to Instant garage doorsand they replied faster than I expected.
The technician eplaced what needed replacing and did a full tune-up. I didn’t realize how quiet the door was supposed to be until after he left.
