We're in Fairwood Greens near the golf course and finally replaced our 20-year-old builder-grade door. Called IGD and Fran got us scheduled quick. Grant came out for free estimate, showed us options from Amarr, Clopay, and CHI doors, never pushed expensive stuff, just explained the differences.
We went with Amarr Classica 2000 insulated door (R-18.4) with windows and LiftMaster 8500W belt drive wall-mount opener with MyQ. Isaac and Javier did the install - showed up 8am sharp, removed old door, installed new setup, programmed remotes and MyQ app on our phones. Took about 5 hours total including cleanup and haul-away.
The new door is SO much quieter, belt drive is whisper-quiet compared to old chain drive. Insulation makes huge difference too. IGD beat everyone on price and service.
