Second Opinion Saved Me Money

Garage door was making grinding noises. First company quoted me for complete replacement of opener, springs, and rollers. Called IGD for a second opinion. Isaac came to our place in Maple Valley, thoroughly inspected everything, and said I only needed one broken spring replaced and basic lubrication. He could have easily agreed with the first company's assessment but gave me an honest evaluation instead. Fixed what actually needed fixing.
