Had an old Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster spring system that's discontinued - parts aren't available anymore. Most companies wanted to sell me a complete door replacement. Isaac from IGD said he could convert it to standard torsion springs. Took about 90 minutes at our house in Burien. Door operates significantly better now. Appreciated having options instead of being pushed toward the most expensive solution.
