Broken Garage Door Spring

Spring snapped at 6:45 this morning, that loud bang woke up the whole house. Door wouldn't budge at all. Called IGD around 8am and Isaac was here by 11:30. He replaced both springs, installed safety cables, and balanced everything perfectly in about 50 minutes. Door is actually quieter now than before. Really saved me today.
