I called three different places in the Renton area for a spring replacement. IGD wasn't the cheapest (there was one guy slightly lower), but they were the most professional on the phone and offered the best warranty on high-cycle springs. The tech clearly knew what he was doing. The door runs quieter now than it did when it was new. Worth every penny.
