Noisy Garage Door Opener and Rough Movement

Our garage door had been getting louder over time and started moving unevenly. I went through IGD’s site because I wanted to book directly and not deal with back and forth. Scheduling was easy.

The tech walked me through what was causing the noise and showed how worn parts were affecting the door. I liked that I was given options instead of being told I “had” to replace everything. He adjusted, lubricated, and replaced what was actually needed.

The door is quiet again and runs better than it has in years. Honest work and very fair pricing.
