Garage door spring snapped overnight

Woke up to a loud bang in the garage and the door was completely dead. Wouldn’t lift more than a few inches and I could tell something serious had happened. I went on the IGD website and used the Book Online option because it was early and I didn’t want to call yet.
They got back to me fast and had someone out the same day. Isaac explained the spring had snapped and also pointed out the other one was close behind.
