garage doors broken cables

I called the company and explained what I experienced with my garage door. Upon relating everything to the associate just over the phone, they went on have a diagnosis that my problem is broken cables. Well, I really do not know anything about it. When the technician came to my house, he also said the same problem. I was really impressed on how accurate everyone in your company was. Great job guys! Keep it up! My door is now all fine!
