Real reviews from local homeowners who trusted us with their garage door repairs and installations.
Sheffi delivered a quick and more than satisfactory service for the spring system conversion. Of the many garage repair services out there, this is the one we recommend. Many of the others tried to push unnecessary add-ons. IGD did not. Ashley at the front desk was very kind and pleasant to talk to.
See it on GoogleI’ve had IGD out twice now over the years to do repairs and they are consistently communicative, transparent and effective. I rarely write reviews but these are the kind of folks people need to hear about!
See it on GoogleTechnician was very helpful and comprehensive in his service. He covered new motor set up and setup of the MyQ app. He also provided maintenance tips for the other garage doors, lubricated all three doors. Pricing was clear and up front. Excellent service. I'd recommend Instant Garage Door.
See it on GoogleI had a wonderful experience with shefi He was very professional to all the things that I needed to have done. I’m so glad he helped me and I highly recommend him for everyone. I rate him 100 and he deserves a raise
See it on GoogleGrant did a fantastic job today with our routine garage door maintenance. He was on time , efficient, answered all our questions and took care of everything as promised. He did maintenance last time also so it was great to see that continuity at this company. Highly recommend!
See it on GoogleSheffi from IGD was a very standup guy. Rather than try to sell us something we did not need, he was upfront with his advice and gave us input on how to address our garage issue on our own. We really appreciate his honesty and would not hesitate to hire him when we do need additional help.
See it on GoogleI was very impressed with the same day service we received from Sheffi. He was very competent, thoughtful, and helpful. This was my first experience with this company and I was very impressed.
See it on GoogleMy experience with IGD was the best. The gaps under my garage door were 100% eliminated. Sheffi did an excellent job with fixing the problem and even did light maintenance on the actual door. I have no difficulty recommending IGD for your garage door needs. I also used them for my condo back in 2016, so they’re also a well established business. I was surprised they still had me in their data base.
See it on GoogleThis is the second time I've used Instant Garage Door Repair (the first was a different house). Sheffi came out on a Sunday morning, just two days after our spring broke. He replaced the springs, lubricated, and inspected all the components. We're good for many years to come. The whole process was quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Both times they didn't try to upsell or tack on extra fees, which really shows they are trustworthy.
See it on GoogleSheffi was able to come out and replace our broken garage door spring on the same day for about $500. Great guy working for what seems to be a good company.
See it on GoogleVery professional. Grant showed up early in the window, clearly explained the options and did a very professional job of installing the new garage door opener.
See it on GoogleReplaced my Wayne Dalton torque system with a standard torsion spring system in just an hour. Very professional, highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions - Bothell
Do you provide garage door repairs near Canyon Park?
Yes. Our technicians frequently service homes and properties throughout the Canyon Park and North Creek areas of Bothell.
Is a quiet garage door opener better for Bothell neighborhoods?
Absolutely. Most Bothell homes are in quiet, residential areas. A belt-drive smart opener is much quieter than a traditional chain drive and won't disturb your neighbors.
Can the humidity near the Sammamish River damage my garage door?
Constant moisture can cause standard steel parts to rust. We recommend using galvanized springs and weather-resistant tracks to ensure your door stays in top condition.
Do you offer same-day service for broken springs in Bothell?
We often provide prompt, same-day support for our Bothell neighbors. Our trucks carry a wide variety of high-cycle springs to get your door back in working order quickly.
Proudly providing expert garage door services to Bothell and our neighbors in Kirkland, Woodinville, and Lynnwood.
