The technician showed up, assessed the work, very clearly explained what he needed to do, was quickly done and our garage door was back up and running along with tips about how to keep the maintenance up on it. I originally had a specific solution in mind regarding a broken spring, but Grant suggested a different approach that ended up saving me a significant amount of money. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the different options without ever being pushy or trying to upsell me. He worked quickly, the quality of the work was excellent, and everything turned out great. It’s refreshing to work with someone who recommends what actually makes the most sense for the customer rather than the most expensive option. Sheffi at Instant Garage Door Repair Services provided us with general information and an estimate for installing automatic garage door openers. After several other estimates, we chose Instant Garage Doors. Sheffi returned and installed the Liftmaster units, replaced the rollers and cables on both doors. He helped me get started using the myQ app on my phone as an addition to using the remotes. Highly recommend this company - great work, friendly, willing to take time for explanations, and I have received check-backs via email and phone (all is well!).

My garage door was stuck open on a Sunday, and he came out and stayed until almost 8 PM to make sure everything was working properly. He replaced my old garage door opener and rollers, explained everything clearly, and also took the time to organize the wiring. He was honest, patient, and very nice to work with. I really appreciate his help and would recommend him.

Many of the others tried to push unnecessary add-ons. IGD did not. Ashley at the front desk was very kind and pleasant to talk to.
