Our garage door broke on Tuesday late afternoon. I called IGD Repair late Tuesday afternoon. They were not able to send anyone Wednesday, but were able to come Thursday. Our appt was scheduled between 11:00 and 1:00. At 9:30 Grant called and said he would be able to get there by 10:00. When he got there, he checked the door, and told us what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He replaced the springs, a bracket, and replaced the rollers. He completed it in a little over an hour. He was so professional and efficient and a really nice friendly guy. This is the second time we have used this company, and will absolutely use them again if we ever need garage door work. Very satisfied customer! Louise in Auburn

See it on GoogleI am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Instant Garage Doors (IGD). After reaching out to two local companies in Renton for estimates on replacing our broken spring, IGD stood out for its transparency and straightforward approach. In contrast, the other company attempted to take advantage of the situation by quoting nearly triple the price of IGD’s estimate. Grant, who handled the repair, did an outstanding job and instilled confidence in his expertise throughout the process. I would highly recommend IGD to anyone in need of garage door services!

Frequently Asked Questions - Auburn
Do you service residential garage doors in the Auburn area?
Yes. Our local South King County team provides complete repair and installation services for homes all across Auburn.
Why is my garage door making so much noise lately?
Auburn weather takes a toll on moving metal parts. A noisy door usually means worn-out rollers or an old motor. We can inspect it and offer a quiet, long-term fix.
Are insulated garage doors a good choice for this area?
Absolutely. Insulated doors are great for the Pacific Northwest. They help block out the cold damp air and make the door itself much stronger.
Can you fix my door if the spring breaks?
Yes, we specialize in safe spring replacement. We upgrade our customers to heavy-duty galvanized springs that resist rust and last for years.
Proudly providing expert garage door services to Auburn and our neighbors in Kent, Covington, and Federal Way.
