Back in 2021, IGD updated my garage door system to a torsion spring system. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and thoroughness. More than 3 years later, the center bracket had started to shift due to a gap behind the sheetrock, causing contact between the bracket and the torsion rod and unraveling of the support cables from their spools. Isaac, one of the owners, came out to personally fix the issue, and he did it for free even though the labor warranty had long since expired. Great customer service!

They came out the day I called! And Grant was excellent. He was efficient and thorough. In addition to fixing my garage door, he programmed my remote and showed me how to maintain the system. Highly recommend. Would absolutely use them again.

Grant came to the rescue 3 hours after I called and fixed everything in an hour. He called ahead, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and work efficiently. Will definitely recommend.
