I don’t usually do reviews but I had to for Instant Garage Door Repair and my tech Sheffi. From the moment I called them to ask about my broken garage and Franny talking me through the possibilities to being able to come out quickly to fix it and the price I was charge. 5 star service all the way!! I had neighbors who had their garage door broken and when I ask what they paid to compare prices, we all were blown away by IGD quote. I will definitely be recommending them to all my neighbors in my neighborhood

Sheffi delivered a quick and more than satisfactory service for the spring system conversion. Of the many garage repair services out there, this is the one we recommend. Many of the others tried to push unnecessary add-ons. IGD did not. Ashley at the front desk was very kind and pleasant to talk to.

I’ve had IGD out twice now over the years to do repairs and they are consistently communicative, transparent and effective. I rarely write reviews but these are the kind of folks people need to hear about!

Technician was very helpful and comprehensive in his service. He covered new motor set up and setup of the MyQ app. He also provided maintenance tips for the other garage doors, lubricated all three doors. Pricing was clear and up front. Excellent service. I'd recommend Instant Garage Door.

I had a wonderful experience with shefi He was very professional to all the things that I needed to have done. I’m so glad he helped me and I highly recommend him for everyone. I rate him 100 and he deserves a raise

Grant did a fantastic job today with our routine garage door maintenance. He was on time , efficient, answered all our questions and took care of everything as promised. He did maintenance last time also so it was great to see that continuity at this company. Highly recommend!

Sheffi from IGD was a very standup guy. Rather than try to sell us something we did not need, he was upfront with his advice and gave us input on how to address our garage issue on our own. We really appreciate his honesty and would not hesitate to hire him when we do need additional help.

My experience with IGD was the best. The gaps under my garage door were 100% eliminated. Sheffi did an excellent job with fixing the problem and even did light maintenance on the actual door. I have no difficulty recommending IGD for your garage door needs. I also used them for my condo back in 2016, so they’re also a well established business. I was surprised they still had me in their data base.

This is the second time I've used Instant Garage Door Repair (the first was a different house). Sheffi came out on a Sunday morning, just two days after our spring broke. He replaced the springs, lubricated, and inspected all the components. We're good for many years to come. The whole process was quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Both times they didn't try to upsell or tack on extra fees, which really shows they are trustworthy.

Sheffi was able to come out and replace our broken garage door spring on the same day for about $500. Great guy working for what seems to be a good company.
