A 50% deposit is required to order doors, the rest will be charged once the installation has been completed.
Terms and Conditions
You may email us back and give us the ok to proceed with your order. Homeowners must provide a clear environment for IGD garage door technicians to perform the work. New door installations require the garage space to be cleared from the opening to 10 feet back. An additional $90 charge fee will be added to the total bill if installer has to move any personal items. IGD does not perform electrical work, such as install new outlets or install extension cords. IGD will use exisiting outlets available: IGD will install low voltage wires but we do not install electrical outlets or any high voltage wires. Caulking and painting is not included. IGD is not responsible for uneven concrete, cracked concrete or slope in the concrete: IGD will do its best, but sometimes the floor damages stated above, will not allow for a perfect seal. Damage to remote controls and safety sensors by anything else besides standard usage such as, remotes breaking due to dropping on floor, car hits safety eye sensors and breaks or misaligns them, etc. is not covered under warranty. Old parts and motors which are re-connected to new door installations are not covered under warranty. IGD is only responsible for the work performed on date specified. The components of the garage door and/or operating system, serviced by IGD, qualify for warranty protection. Any work performed on door and/or motor by anybody other than IGD will void the warranty. Prices are subject to change due to price increases from manufacturers.
Work Order Agreement
The work order agreement is for the protection of both the customer and IGD. We want our customers to fully understand any recommendations that we offer. Any customer has the right to accept or refuse all or part of the technician's recommendations and or receive a second opinion.
I fully understand the explanation and the total given to me. I understand the recommendations for servicing the door. I accept the technicians' recommendations and wish to have my door serviced this time/ I wish to have partial service performed this time. I understand that IGD does not recommend and I relinquish them of any liability for any future damages or accidents that may result from not following the technician's recommendations. I understand that by selecting partial service that only 90-day IGD limited warranty is available. If I do not accept the technician's recommendations and do not wish to have my door serviced, this time, there is no charge. I understand that by not accepting the technician's recommendations, I will not hold IGD liable for any future damages or accidents that may result from not following the recommendations. It has been explained to me and I fully understand that my motor may have been strained or worn due to an unbalanced overhead garage door. The technician has informed me that there is no way to detect the longevity of my motor due to this possible strain. I understand that there is no guarantee or warranty on strained/worn motor. I understand that my door and the motor are two separate mechanisms. I understand that damage to remote controls and safety sensors by anything else besides standard usage such as, remotes breaking due to dropping on floor, car/person hit the safety sensors and breaks or misaligned them etc., is not covered under warranty. Existing, old aged motors getting reconnected to new door installations are not covered under warranty, as they can break and burnout. Any work that falls under warranty must be done during normal business hours Monday thru Friday.

Acceptance of Work Order
The above or attached prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and accepted. IGD is authorized to perform the work. I commit to a 50% deposit to place my new door order. Remaining balance is due upon job completion. Final payments are due upon completion of the installation and/ or repair job. IGD is only responsible for the work performed on date specified. The components of the garage door or the operating system, serviced by IGD, qualify for warranty protection. Not covered are old motors reconnected to new door installations, safety eyes, keypads, and remote controls.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Instant Garage Doors (IGD), you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from us related to your service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Types of messages. Messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, quotes and estimates, service and dispatch updates, billing and payment notifications, and replies to your inquiries.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To resume messages, reply START.
