Needed to get the bottom weather strip replaced on my garage door, and while that can often be DIY our house has brackets on the side that require dealing with springs under tension to replace. That meant needing to call in professionals, and I'm very glad I went with Instant Garage Doors - scheduling was very easy, and Sheffi+Isaac together made very quick work of the job. He quickly identified and fixed the main issue, and also gave me two helpful recommendations for reinforcing the wooden panels to prevent future problems. What a wonderful Company to work with. They came out in a timely manner, fixed our issue with ease and explained what the issue had been. Also offered us a credit if anything went wrong in the next month or so, and gave us a couple of options to choose from. After several other estimates, we chose Instant Garage Doors. Sheffi returned and installed the Liftmaster units, replaced the rollers and cables on both doors. He helped me get started using the myQ app on my phone as an addition to using the remotes. Highly recommend this company - great work, friendly, willing to take time for explanations, and I have received check-backs via email and phone (all is well!).
