Grant did an outstanding job. He provided us with multiple option with up-front pricing. Excellent advise. He installed a new Garage door opener and adjusted the tension in the springs to get the large glass door in balance. Had it up and running in no time. I highly recommend Grant and IGD! Very Impressed!! Jim

See it on GoogleIGD knows what they're doing, and even when they run into complexities handle it so well. Grant was super knowledgeable and explained what he recommended as well as what he was doing every step of the way. IGD worked well to quickly get to our house when we needed a 1-2 day turnaround on fixing a broken spring on our door that hadn't been serviced in a long time. He provided quick professional service and ensured safety along the way! Thank you Grant and IGD for the great work, we'll make sure to use them again in the future for any garage needs
See it on GoogleBack in 2021, IGD updated my garage door system to a torsion spring system. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and thoroughness. More than 3 years later, the center bracket had started to shift due to a gap behind the sheetrock, causing contact between the bracket and the torsion rod and unraveling of the support cables from their spools. Isaac, one of the owners, came out to personally fix the issue, and he did it for free even though the labor warranty had long since expired. Great customer service!
See it on GoogleThey came out the day I called! And Grant was excellent. He was efficient and thorough. In addition to fixing my garage door, he programmed my remote and showed me how to maintain the system. Highly recommend. Would absolutely use them again.
See it on GoogleI have used IGD’s garage repair service many times, always a great experience. Today my garage door torsion spring broke and the door can’t be opened. Grant came to the rescue 3 hours after I called and fixed everything in an hour. He called ahead, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and work efficiently. Will definitely recommend.
See it on GoogleGreat service all around. The receptionist was polite and efficient, I got an appointment within a day or two, and the technician, Sheffi, was knowledgeable and professional. He even did some complimentary light service on my other garage door. I highly recommend IGD.
See it on GoogleWhat a great experience. Sheffield was very knowledgeable and efficient. He had great communication skills so he could help us understand the problem. He gave a couple of options with no pressure. Highly recommend.
See it on GoogleGrant did a great job replacing the rails and the motor. Great communication, solid work. Would recommend IGD to everyone.
