Garage Door Repair & Service in Kent, WA

So at 12:30 pm today we noticed the motor to our garage door opener was smoking. A quick request to yelp later and within 2 minute Fran was sending a technician to our house. Sheffi was amazing! He quickly got to replacing our garage door opener and walked me through the setup once he was complete it about 75 minutes later. He finished up a little at around 3pm and it couldn't have gone smoother. I really appreciate the professionalism and super fast response.

Sheffi came to my house to take a look at why one of my garage doors wouldn’t close. He thought we needed a new motor at first, which couldn’t be done that day but when it turned out to be something else, he came back early the next morning to take care of it before his first scheduled appointment. He was quick and polite and even took care of a couple small issues with my other door. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable service!!! Broke a spring on a Sunday. The team was there within 2 hours (closer to an hour) made the repair, the the unaffected door as well per our request as a preventive measure. Sheffi was a complete professional. Fran made the logistics work! We were able to get going again within an hour. Plus a 4 year warranty! There is a reason IGD is getting all 5 star reviews.

AMAZING to work with! I had a repair that needed to be done, and the Instant Garage Door team got me a quote and repair done within a week. Pricing is fair and transparent, customer service is top notch, and repair work is great. Hopefully I won't need any more repairs done, but Instant Garage Door is who I will be calling if I do.

Sheffi did an outstanding job fixing our garage door. He arrived on time and was done in a little over an hour. All of the changes and repairs were explained clearly before any work was done and all prices were communicated upfront. We were given several options on how to fix the problems my garage door was having, and there was never any pressure to choose one over the other. Now my garage is closing smoothly and is quieter than it has ever been. I am glad we went with IGD to do the repair and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Instant Garage Door Repair was just what they said- next day service and ready to fix our jammed track and cables the next day after I called. Sheffi was competent, personable, and professional. He was clearly knowledgeable about our door system and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need, but gave good recommendations for a full service that should keep our door operating smoothly for years. Highly recommend.
